Life, captured one frame at a time
As a photographer, I favor a more natural, more spontaneous view. That generally means using more natural light, and little to no flash. I find this creates a more dynamic and sometimes dramatic look.
In video and film, I try to let the story and those in frame drive the story. As such, I don't favor one single approach to my films and videos, and allow the story to be molded in the editing room.
